AA Lie-Flat to Hawaii from 15k Points, 38k Biz

American Airlines operates lie-flat business class to Hawaii from ORD, DFW, and PHX. Finnair Avios at 38k is the cheapest way to book, using the Avios boost to reduce your points spend.
